Information
The festival grounds features a 2.874-kilometer (1.786-mile), 11-turn temporary street course located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The track is constructed throughout and around Exhibition Place grounds and utilizes Lake Shore Boulevard.
We would like to ensure an enjoyable atmosphere and experience for all event guests. The safety of our event staff and guests is our number one priority; therefore, we ask that you please observe the below policies and procedures. Additional event information can also be found below and will be updated as we approach the 2024 event.
All parking must be purcahed from Exhibition Place upon arrival during event weekend.
Accessible Seating is located west of the Start/Finish line, on the north side of the track. An Accessible Seating/General Admission ticket provides access to the area.
Email tickets@hondaindytoronto.com with any questions regarding Accessible Seating passes.
Accessible washrooms are located throughout the Enercare Centre building, with the closest located near Hall B.
For your convenience, we have scheduled several track crossing times throughout event weekend. Track crossing is located at Pit Out and Turn 11 (east exit). Please visit the track crossing times page for more information. This crossing is for accessibility usage only.
The Tunnel will be open for guests with accessibility needs. Please have your tickets ready when crossing through the security checkpoint in the tunnel.
The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting our guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are permitted throughout the property, but must remain leashed or harnessed at all times. These guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags.
Track:
The Credential Centre is where pre-arranged media, sponsor, and corporate credentials are issued. Photo identification must be presented, and an insurance waiver signed for pick-up. Credentials are assigned to a specific individual, must be picked up in person, and are non-transferable. Loaning or transfer of credentials by any individual will result in confiscation of the credential and refusal of entry to both the individual found with the credential, and the person to whom it was originally issued.
Please note individual sanctioning bodies credential pick-up may work on limited hours of operation.
The Credential Centre is located in Salon 110 of the Enercare Centre and is accessible prior to gate entry on the EAST SIDE of the Enercare Centre.

Keep your ticket safe. Tickets and/or passes must be located on your person at all times when on the event grounds. The proper ticket or credential is required for admittance into areas such as the NTT IndyCar Series Paddock (Garage) and hospitality suites.

Tips:
- Leave early- this is the most important tip we can give to allow everyone time to park and be situated in time for pre-race ceremonies
- Go Transit is the best way to arrive at the Exhibition Place. Schedules and general information are available at: GOTransit.com
- If you have purchased a parking pass, please be sure to follow the specific guidelines printed, and have your permit displayed/ready before you arrive
- Note that routes found on our site and online often show the best path with the shortest distance, without regard to construction projects and other obstacles.

Parking
On-site parking is only available with an event-issued parking pass. On-site parking is located in Red Parking (West Lot - Dufferin Street and Saskatchewan Road); Yellow Parking (Gore Lot, located on the east side of the grounds at Fleet Street and Lake Shore Blvd) or Blue Parking (Underground in the Enercare Centre).
Additional parking may be available at Ontario Place, private lots, and on-street parking, but are not guaranteed, as spaces are limited. Please observe all posted parking regulations.

Please check the GOTransit website for more information regarding bicycle parking, as there is no bicycle parking on-site at the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto.

The suggested taxi drop-off point is at the intersection of Strachan Avenue and Fleet Street, east of the EC and north of Gate 1.
A Will Call window will be set up at Gate 1, on the east side of the grounds.

To ensure the safety of our patrons and/or event staff, at all gates over race weekend patrons will be asked to open purses, backpacks or other bags upon entry. Prohibited items including all items deemed a risk, and listed below, will not be permitted onto the grounds. Violating these policies may warrant ejection or arrest.
- Abuse of intoxicants
- Carrying open food or drinks over bridges or track crossings
- Disorderly conduct/fighting/profanity
- Placing cups on walls
- Running/jogging
- Standing on grandstand seats
- Standing or sitting in walkways, grandstand aisles, and ramps
- Smoking in grandstands, suites, bridges, or buildings
- Spitting tobacco
- Throwing or kicking objects
- Other actions deemed inappropriate, offensive or disruptive
None of the listed prohibited items may be left in or around the gate area. We ask all patrons to leave any non-essential, prohibited items at home, or locked in the trunk of your vehicle. The following items are not permitted on the race site:
- Coolers (includes food and beverage)
- Glass Containers
- Illegal Drugs
- Fires, Grills, Fireworks
- Firearms, knives, explosives or weapons of any description are not permitted
- No flammable or combustible materials except small lighters (for cigarettes)
- Personal protection devices (mace/pepper spray)

- Noise Makers, Horns, Helium Balloons, Beach Balls
- Banners
- Camera lenses that exceed 10’’
- Aerosol cans

- Golf carts for personal use
- Motorcycles or off-road vehicles (including ATVs, ATCs, dune bug bicycles)
- Handbills or samples are not to be distributed or placed on the grounds without the express written approval of the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto
- Other items that are deemed hazardous or diminish the enjoyment of the event by other patrons
- None of the above restricted items may be left in or around the gate area
- Laser lights and pointers
- Poles or sticks(except those to assist the disabled)
- Projectile items and missiles
- Drones or other unmanned aircrafts
- Laptop computers (see below for accepted devices)
- Large bags including but not limited to: Duffel and grocery bags, luggage
Permissible Items
The following items may be brought onto the event grounds, but will be subject to inspection by event staff and security:
- Binoculars, scanners, and cameras with small case
- Camera stands (tripods, monopods, etc.) are allowed on the grounds as long as they do not obstruct the view of others; such equipment is not to be used in the grandstands
- Purses, backpacks and other small bags
- Recognized mobility aids used by guests with disabilities are permitted. Guests are advised to bring a lock to chain wheelchairs and scooters underneath the grandstands
- Seat cushions
- Strollers
- Umbrellas may be used as long as they do not obstruct the view of others
All items are brought on-site at your own risk. Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto staff and security are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Emergency Information
First Aid stations will be set up on-site. If at any time you are in need of emergency assistance, please notify a nearby racetrack volunteer, roaming EMS personnel, or security. The medical/first aid centre can be found in Enercare Centre.
A police command post will also be set up on the event grounds, with location yet to be determined.
The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto constantly strives to provide a greater variety of food and beverage options, as we do not allow any outside food and/or beverage onto the race grounds; with the exception of an empty water bottle. Free fountain water is available on-site within the Enercare Centre, Allstream Centre, and at multiple outdoor refilling stations.
To ensure the safety of drivers on track as well as our staff, only closed food and beverage containers can be carried over bridges and track crossings.

A General Admission ticket does not provide a designated seat. There are a number of viewing areas throughout the circuit.
This pass allows access into the NTT IndyCar Series Paddock, which is a large, exclusive area on-site where the headquarters for each team is situated. The IndyCar's are displayed here while not on track, along with each team's mechanical trailer and crew. It provides spectators with access to buzzing backstage excitement not offered at most sporting events.
The Trackside Suites will be available only to those ticket holders. Specific passes to all hospitality areas will be required on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Admission is granted on Fan Friday

Alcohol and Liquor Management
No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the race grounds. If a guest attempts to enter the grounds with alcohol, the guest will be removed from the grounds and may face police charges. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on-site and are not permitted to leave the designated licensed areas.
Any guest purchasing, in possession of, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and able to prove their age by showing valid photo identification.
There will be trackside beer gardens. Vendors selling beer will roam across the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto, as the grounds are fully licensed for alcohol service.

Inclement Weather
Typically, events will continue even if rain exists. We work very hard to maintain the full schedule if racing is at all possible. In certain instances, races may be delayed, and on rare occasion, cancelled. If the event is cancelled, there will be no refund on tickets due to policy.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items are taken to the customer service office, located in Salon 109B in the Enercare Centre during the event weekend. After race weekend, please call 416-588-7223 x215 for information on lost items.
Washrooms
Permanent washrooms are located in the Enercare Centre and Beanfield Centre buildings. Portable washrooms are also conveniently located in various places on-site.
Emergency Information
First Aid stations will be set up on-site. If at any time you are in need of emergency assistance, please notify a nearby racetrack volunteer, roaming EMS personnel, or security. The medical/first aid centre can be found in Enercare Centre.

Merchandise
There will be various location on-site selling official gear. Entripy is the Official Merchandise Supplier of the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto. The Official Souvenir Program supplier will be selling souvenir programs at kiosks throughout the event grounds.
Volunteers
The volunteer on-site office will be located in Enercare Centre (EC) Salon 103.
Volunteers will be provided with a food voucher daily and are redeemable in EC Salon 103. A uniform consisting of t-shirt and hat will also be provided, and must be worn. Please check back in early spring for an application form to register as a volunteer.

Honda Fan Friday presented by the Ontario Honda Dealers Association makes its return for festival-goers to check out the spectacle and excitement of the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto.
To kick off the exciting festival weekend, spectators can make a voluntary donation to Make-A-Wish® Canada and receive free general admission on Friday, July 19. More than $820,000 has been raised during Honda Fan Friday and race weekend festivities since its inception. The Honda Canada Foundation will match dollar for dollar donations made by generous race fans during the Ontario Honda Dealers Honda Indy Toronto.
Honda Fan Friday will feature a jam-packed schedule of on-track action, contests, autograph sessions and all kinds of off-track entertainment will be in full gear from gate open to close across the event site, providing something for everyone, race fan or not!
No alcoholic beverages or cannabis may be brought onto the race grounds. If a guest attempts to enter the grounds with alcohol or cannabis, the guest will be removed from the grounds and may face police charges.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on-site and are not permitted to leave the designated licensed areas.

The customer service office will be located in the Enercare Centre (EC). The ticket box office will also be located here. Ticket upgrades, ticket issue resolutions and NTT INDYCAR SERIES Paddock passes can be purchased at this location.
