Accessible Parking
Accessible parking information will be available closer to the event weekend. All parking must be purchased upon arrival to the event.
Accessible Seating
Reserved accessible viewing platforms will be available near Turn 1 and Turn 8. Additional General Admission viewing options for fans with accessible needs will be communicated closer to the event weekend.

Service Animals
The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting our guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are permitted throughout the property, but must remain leashed or harnessed at all times. These guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags.

Aviva IndyCar Paddock Pass redemption location will be determined closer to the event weekend. Purchasers will be notified ahead of time where and when they can redeem.
No alcoholic beverages or cannabis may be brought onto the race grounds. If a guest attempts to enter the grounds with alcohol or cannabis, the guest will be removed from the grounds and may face police charges. Any guest purchasing, in possession of, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and able to prove their age by showing valid photo identification.
The Credential Centre is where pre-registered and pre-approved media, sponsors, and corporate credentials are issued. Photo identification must be presented, and an insurance waiver signed for pick up. Credentials are assigned to specific individuals, must be picked up in person, and are non-transferable. Loaning or transfer of credentials by any individual will result in confiscation of the credential and refusal of entry to both the individual found with the credential, and the person to whom it was originally issued.
Please note the individual race sanctioning bodies credential pick-up locations may work on different and limited hours of operation.

Tips:
Leave early! This is the most important tip to allow everyone time to park and be situated in time for pre-race ceremonies.
Go Transit is the best way to arrive at the Unionville GO station. Schedules and general information are available at GOTransit.com.
Note that routes found on our site and online often show the path with the shortest distance, without regard to construction projects, traffic and other obstacles.

Driving to the Track
407 ETR
The 407 ETR is a high-speed, all-electronic toll highway in Ontario that offers drivers a bypass of Greater Toronto’s traffic, at a premium price.Use a transponder to save while travelling on the Highway 407.
The 407 ETR allows for easy access for those driving to the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham. When arriving using the 407 ETR from the east or west, exit at the Highway 407 at Warden Avenue and head north to Enterprise Blvd. Use a transponder to save while travelling on the 407.

General Facility Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons, participants and event staff, at all entry gates over the event weekend, patrons will be asked to open purses, backpacks or other bags upon entry. Prohibited items, including all items deemed a risk and listed below, will not be permitted onto the grounds.

Violating the following policies may warrant ejection or arrest:
Abuse of intoxicants
Carrying open food or drinks over bridges or track crossings
Disorderly conduct/fighting/profanity
Other actions deemed inappropriate, offensive or disruptive
Placing cups on walls
Running/jogging
Smoking or vaping in grandstands, suites, bridges, or buildings
Spitting tobacco
Standing on grandstand seats
Standing or sitting in walkways, grandstand aisles, and ramps
Throwing or kicking objects
Prohibited Items
None of the listed prohibited items may be left in or around the entry gate areas. All patrons should leave any non-essential, prohibited items at home, or locked in the trunk of your vehicle. The following items are not permitted on the event site:

Strollers, wagons and similar items for transporting children
Umbrellas may be used as long as they do not obstruct the view of others
Water bottles - Must be empty
All items are brought on site at your own risk. Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham staff and security are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Emergency Information
First aid stations will be set up on-site. If at any time you are in need of emergency assistance, please notify a nearby racetrack volunteer, roaming EMS personnel, staff member or security. The medical/first aid centre can be found throughout the event grounds and will be specified on the festival map closer to race weekend.
A police command post will also be set up on the event grounds adjacent to York University.
The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham constantly strives to provide a greater variety of food and beverage options while on site. No outside food and beverage is allowed to be brought onto the event grounds with the exception of an empty water bottle.
To ensure the safety of drivers on track as well as workers, only closed food and beverage containers can be carried over bridges and track crossings.

Your Ontario Honda Dealers Present Free Fan Friday makes its return for fans and festival-goers to check out the spectacle and excitement of the inaugural Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham.
To kick off the exciting festival weekend now in Markham, spectators can make a voluntary donation to Make-A-Wish® Canada and receive free general admission on Friday, August 14. More than $1.1 million has been raised during Your Ontario Honda Dealers Present Free Fan Friday and race weekend festivities since its inception. The Honda Canada Foundation contributes to the cause with a matching donation.
Your Ontario Honda Dealers Present Free Fan Friday will feature a jam-packed schedule of on-track action, contests, autograph sessions and all kinds of off-track entertainment will be in full gear from gate open to close across the event site, providing something for everyone, race fan or not!
Making the experience even better, the reserved grandstand seats are open to all spectators during Your Ontario Honda Dealers Present Free Fan Friday too compliments of Aviva.

General Admission is free for children 12 and under when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. A General Admission ticket grants access to the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham event grounds. To access the Grandstands you will need to purchase a Reserved Grandstand ticket for both you and your child. Children aged 2 and under do not require a grandstand seat but must sit on an adult's lap. Please consult the Festival Map for suggestions on General Admission viewing areas.
Admission is granted free of charge on Your Ontario Honda Dealers Present Free Fan Friday. No ticket is required, but fans are encouraged to make a monetary donation to Make-A-Wish® Canada at the event.
Alcohol and Liquor Management
No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the race grounds. If a guest attempts to enter the grounds with alcohol, the guest will be removed from the grounds and may face police charges. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on-site and are not permitted to leave the designated licensed areas. Any guest purchasing, in possession of, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and able to prove their age by showing valid photo identification.
Beer Gardens
There will be trackside beer gardens. Vendors selling beer will roam across the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham, as the grounds are fully licensed for alcohol service.

Washrooms
Permanent washrooms are located in Pan-Am Centre. Portable washrooms are also conveniently located in various places on-site.
The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham features 4 grandstands located at the circuit's highest-intensity racing points.
Pit Lane Grandstand - best view of the double-sided pit lane AND the Finish line! Fans to the south side of this grandstand will have a great view of Turns 12, 11, 10 and even some of 9. Fans to the south side will get the excitement of Turns 1, 2 and 3.
Turn 3 Grandstand - Fans will enjoy the views of Turns 2 and 3 as well as a view of the cars headed towards Turn 4. This stand is centrally located and is the best place for food, beverages, merchandise and more.
Remington Turn 5 Grandstand - This grandstand will get to take in the hairpin turn, one of the most exciting additions to this new track!
Turn 8 Grandstand - While being right in the middle of the festival near Thunder Alley, fans will get a pretty great view of Turns 7, 8 and 9. This area is right before the cars zoom to the Finish line!
