The leading Canadian utility and power provider led by former INDYCAR driver Dalton Kellett joins the inaugural event to electrify the festival site
MARKHAM, Ontario (August 11, 2026) – The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham is proud to announce a dynamic new partnership with K-Line Group of Companies, naming the Canadian utility and high-voltage power leader an official partner of the inaugural event. K-Line will serve as a vital operational partner for the event, powering the temporary street circuit with generators and mobile utility infrastructure for track operations, vendor spaces, broadcast setups, and fan zones throughout the weekend set for August 14-16.
Headquartered in nearby Stouffville, Ont., K-Line has been a trusted Canadian-owned industry leader for over five decades. The partnership expands on a long-standing relationship between K-Line and Green Savoree Racing Promotions, the event's owner and operator. Notably, former NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver Dalton Kellett, who spent three seasons competing at the sport's highest level, now holds a senior executive role within his family’s business at K-Line.
“The K-Line Group of Companies is very excited to partner with the team at Green Savoree to provide event power services for the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham. As Ontario’s premier one-source utility solutions provider, K-Line is well equipped to serve the power supply and distribution needs of a complex event such as this,” said Dalton Kellett, President of K-Line Insulators Ltd. “With the K-Line Insulators factory located just down the road on Passmore Avenue and K-Line Maintenance and Construction crews frequently active in the area, this is also a unique and meaningful opportunity for us to support a world-class event that will benefit our local community. We thank Jeff and his team for their trust in K-Line and are looking forward to race day!”
Beyond powering critical event operations, K-Line’s specialized high-voltage equipment and utility support crews will be on-site across the circuit grounds. They will ensure uninterrupted power delivery to all corners of the festival, from the pit lane to concession areas.
"Building a temporary race circuit in the heart of Markham requires an incredible amount of heavy lifting, and power infrastructure is central to making it all work," said Jeff Atkinson, president of the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham. "Our team at Green Savoree has long trusted the Kellett family and K-Line as dependable partners. When planning our inaugural event in Markham, they were the clear choice to help us deliver a great event to our fans and participants."
