How to Redeem Saturday General Admission Tickets:

• All Saturday General Admission Tickets are valid for Sunday General Admission.
• You MUST bring your original Saturday General Admission Ticket to any entrance to be scanned for admittance.

How to Redeem Saturday Reserved Seating Tickets:

• All Saturday Reserved Seating Tickets (Pit Lane, Start/Finish, Dr Pepper, Turn 10 and Turn 3 Grandstand Tickets) may be exchanged for a Sunday gate access.
• You MUST bring your original Saturday Reserved Seating Ticket to any ticket booth located at any entrance to exchange for Sunday gate access.

• If I purchased a Sunday Reserved Seating Ticket, will my seat be filled by someone else?
  No, if you purchased a Sunday Reserved Seating Ticket, your seat is still reserved for the entire day.
• If I am unable to attend on Sunday, can I redeem my Saturday General Admission Ticket or Saturday Reserved Ticket for admission to next year's event?
  No, our policy is no refunds or exchanges on tickets - however in this special case we chose to honour our dedicated fans. We are providing General Admission Tickets for Sunday July 20th, 2014 only to all those who purchased tickets for Saturday July 19th, 2014.
• What if I no longer have my ticket?
• Bring your photo id, the credit card used to purchase or the email confirmation of the purchase to any ticket booth and your saturday ticket will be verified. You will then be issued your replacement ticket.
• If I had a Saturday Reserved Seating Ticket and want more than the redeemable Sunday General Admission Ticket, how do I upgrade my seat?
  Please go to the ticketing office in Salon 109 in the Direct Energy Centre to exchange this ticket for an upgraded Sunday Reserved Seating Ticket for a nominal charge.
• Will there be refunds provided to those who cannot make it on Sunday?
  No, our ticket policy is no refunds or exchanges. 
• Why are you not able to give me my exact Saturday Reserved Seat on Sunday?
  Sunday Reserved Seating has already been sold to many people. We cannot honour those who purchased Saturday-Only Reserved Seating Tickets as it would conflict with individuals who purchased those seats for Sunday.
• How will this affect the on-track schedule on Sunday?
